Return Policy
Due to proper handling instructions being listed in product description. It is your responsibility to take proper care of your pets treats to prevent it from molding. No refunds will be given after treats are sold. Woofers does not preserve treats, all treats are baked same day and sent off. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards either. If an order was shipped out of state and you receive molded treats, please email Woofers with a photo of the molded treats and the flavor you received at wooferssweettreats@gmail.com.
If your claim is accepted, Woofers Sweet Treats will send you another package for FREE!
We will notify you once we’ve sent off your new shipment. Order confirmation and Tracking number will be listed in email or text message.
